EACH SPEAKER WILL BE ALLOWED A MAXIMUM OF THREE MINUTES TO ADDRESS THEIR CONERNS. ALL INDIVIDUALS WISHING TO SPEAK MUST REGISTER BETWEEN 4:30P.M. AND 5:30 P.M. THE MEETING WILL BE CALLED TO ORDER AT THAT TIME. IF YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED TO SPEAK, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SPEAK.
